# Batch Year: 2016
# Bond Period: 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.

# Locations of work: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai
Target Audience :
# BE students from Computer Science, Information Systems and Electronics and Communication
# MCA students
Pre-requisites :
# Minimum 60% marks in graduation for Non Maharashtra students and 55% for Maharashtra students
# The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
# The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
# The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Profile/Designation :
# First 6 months - Delivery Trainee at Level-1
# Post 6 months - Trainee Software Engineer at Level-2
CTC Details :
# The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 180000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
# The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/- per annum.
