# Software Engineer will be concentrating on understanding the requirement/design specs and converting the same into software code. Along with that guide trainee/software engineers and takes part in peer-to-peer reviews.
# Should have ability to unit test the written code and use appropriate guidelines/standards
# Should have good analysis or problem solving skills
# Should have good communication skills
# Should have an ability to work to deadlines
# Must be strong in Core JAVA / J2EE / JSP, Servlets, JavaScript/JQuery, XML, CSS, AJAX
# Should have worked in Web Server / Application Server
# Should have worked in a J2EE project during his period of employment
# Experience in Struts/Spring frameworks
# Should have knowledge of RDBMS and use of SQL
# Should have good hold on standard coding practices/ guidelines and experience in Code Reviews
# Must be aware of SDLC
# Additional Advantage:
- Knowledge of Web-Services/JMS/J2ME
- Knowledge of PL/SQL,Oracle
- Knowledge of unit testing tools viz. JUNIT
