Eligibility Criteria :
# 2013/2014/2015 passouts- MTech/BTech (CS/IT)/MSc/BSc(CS/IT)/MCA/BCA
# Or BTech any branch /Graduates/Diploma holders with knowledge/exposure to the following technologies
# Technical
- Knowledge of: Web Technology and OOPS concepts.
- Knowledge of: RDBMS and writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of: .NET (ASP.NET/C#), Microsoft Technologies.
# Non-Technical
- Clarity of concepts is must.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Showing commitment and ownership in projects.
# Desirable: Certification in App. Dev. in MS Technologies, Drupal/PHP, SharePoint/0365, Hadoop, Mobile Platforms, Cloud Computing is a bonus

# Outside Kerala students are also eligible

- Visual/Perceptual Skills
- Classification Skills
- Pattern Recognition Skills
# Technical online test (Basically an algorithm Test which can be answered either using Java or C)
# Tech Interview
# HR Interview
2) Programming Aptitude Test (PAT)
# Multiple Choice Questions
# 30 Questions in 45 minutes duration.
# Logical and Analytical ability will be assessed.
# Only Algorithms not any programming languages will be checked in this test.
All the candidates should bring the following to test venue :
# Writing Pad,
# Two copies of RESUME,
# Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
# Three copies of passport size photographs,
# Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS,
# Gum,
# College ID/Any other Photo ID.
